Learning to deal with the heat

During the last two and a half years, the training programme has offered various seminars on the topics of communication, leadership, project management and handling of conflicts. Ten management trainees from various departments of the PLATH Group have participated. In addition to the professional development of each participant, a team has also grown beyond company and department boundaries during this period.

Under expert guidance of the staff and with the help of the excellent equipment of the cooking school, a menu previously selected by the participants was created with the available ingredients. While preparing dishes such as homemade honey bread, goat's cheese bags, roast beef with Brussels sprouts from the wok and White Chocolate Cheesecake as a dessert, the participants had plenty of opportunity to reflect and share their impressions during the course of the program with the management – at least when the preparation of the menu didn´t require the participants full attention.

After handing over the certificates, all hobby cooks could convince themselves that teamwork – also in the kitchen – leads to excellent results.
