The task of the Customer Services is to ensure technical project planning where we play a key role in customer projects. We provide technical project management for our customers and are responsible for system integration.
In addition, we maintain the availability of the delivered PLATH systems throughout their entire life cycle. We ensure the know-how for the 1st and 2nd level support in the operation phase by integrating, installing and commissioning our systems.
