TheQuality Assurance department takes care of the planning and coordination of quality assurance actions relating to our solutions and products. Thereby we take over all tasks from test management to agile testing to classic software testing. Quality Assurance is divided into two teams, which accompany both internal hardware and software developments as well as customer projects: Our Customer QA is responsible for the classic software and hardware tests, as well as the final acceptance tests on site at the customer. Development QA, on the other hand, is already directly involved in the agile software development process as part of the agile teams. The principle of both teams is the view of quality assurance as a common interdisciplinary team task.
Colleagues working in Quality Assurance have a high understanding of technology as well as a pronounced social competence and cannot refrain from questioning things over and over again and putting them to the test.
